  • A 1~2 Hour Walk-through of your home.
  • Detailed suggestions of improvements to be made on a room by room basis.
  • A written report including priority changes to be made along with suggested professionals to complete painting, electrical, plumbing or carpentry projects.
 
 
Hands on Staging Includes:
 
  • Furniture Placement and rearragment
  • Rental furniture if needed
  • Decluttering
  • Depersonalizing
  • Decorating
  • Refurbishing
  • Minor Landscaping
  • Incorporating work done by suggested professionals in overall work schedule
  • Professional touches to help buyers picture themselves in your home
 
 
 
Fee Structure:
 
Consultation: $100 per hour, not to exceed $200 for an initial consultation.
 
This includes a written report delivered within 48 hours of the walk-through which will contain suggested improvements along with photographs and references of professionals to aide in the completion of projects.
 
Hands-on Staging:
